This website does not operate a contact form, does not run a server-side database, and does not itself collect personal data from visitors. It has two calls to action: a booking button that sends you to an external scheduling system operated by Assuta, and a referral link for physicians that opens your own email program. This policy explains that handoff, and how Israel's Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, including Amendment 13, applies to a site with this data footprint.
What this website collects
This website collects no personal data through its own pages or infrastructure. There is no contact or inquiry form, no database, and no server-side storage of visitor-submitted information, because none is submitted here. The only information generated by ordinary use of the site is the standard technical data inherent in any web request, such as an IP address and browser type, and this site does not store or log it.
Booking a consultation through Assuta
The "Book a consultation" (קביעת ייעוץ) button on this site is its main call to action. It does not submit any information to this website. It sends you to אסותא מרכז מומחים, an external hospital scheduling system operated by Assuta, for both English-speaking and Hebrew-speaking visitors. This website collects no data during that handoff.
The referral link for physicians opens a new message in your own email program, addressed to referrals@barkagan.co.il. Nothing is sent through this website and this website records nothing when you use it. Anything you choose to write is delivered by your own email provider to the practice's mailbox, where it is handled as ordinary professional correspondence. Do not send patient-identifying information by ordinary email.
Once you reach Assuta's scheduling system, your use of that system is governed by Assuta's own privacy policy and data practices, not by this policy. This site has no visibility into, and makes no representation about, how Assuta collects, uses, stores, or protects information you provide there. Please review Assuta's privacy policy directly on its platform before booking.
Site analytics
This site runs no analytics. There is no visitor tracking, no analytics service, and no cookies of any kind. Page visits are not counted, and no record is kept of which pages you read or how you arrived.
